The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work with safety standards. Prior forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly.
• Physical capability to bend, squat, or stoop.
• Previous mobile equipment and/or forklift preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate baler and assist with safe packaging of materials.
• Assist shipping by loading trucks and completing required paperwork.
• Maintain quality and safety standards, communicate with supervisors.
• Attend monthly safety meetings and wear PPE.
