Responsibilities

• Operate packing machines ensuring weights and seal integrity.
• Prepare machines before shift and adjust for product runs.
• Switch film rolls and adjust formers for different product runs.
• Set and monitor seasoning flow to ensure consistent flavor.
• Inspect bags, hand-pack to maintain quality.
• Assemble boxes, apply labels, and pack cases to specifications.
• Sanitize equipment and keep the work area clean.
• Follow GMPs and food quality standards.
