Responsibilities

• Operate production machines safely, perform setup, run, and cleanup duties.
• Follow GMPs, quality procedures, and safety rules; participate in safety committees.
• Maintain equipment, identify issues, and report to supervisor or technician.
• Assist and train junior operators; support shift coverage and overtime as needed.
• Keep work area clean, and meet production schedules and quality targets.
