Great Northern Twin Cities, Brooklyn Park, MN, seeks a Production Machine Operator – 2nd Shift to support our fast-paced packaging production line. Under general supervision, you will operate Level One semi-automatic machines, perform setup and adjustments, monitor quality, and keep work areas safe and organized.

The role offers 2nd shift: 2:45pm–11:15pm, with pay between $24.00 and $28.00 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Must follow safe operating procedures and maintain 5S standards.

Responsibilities

• Reads job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Retrieval and staging of ink, tooling, and material while ensuring everything matches production specifications.
• Responsible for the output and condition of Level One machines.
• Effectively set-up, run, and troubleshoot Level One machines.
• Observes machine operation to detect product defects or machine malfunctions.
