Old Dutch Foods, Inc. is seeking a Machine Maintenance Mechanic for the 3rd shift in Saint Paul, MN. The role focuses on maintaining production and packaging equipment, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and completing repairs to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, experience with packaging equipment, and a commitment to food safety and GMPs. Competitive pay and union benefits accompany a full-time, on-site position.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably with form, fill, and seal or packaging equipment.
• Experience with PLCs is desired.
• Two-year technical education in packaging, electrical, electronics, or related field accepted as substitution.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and repair packaging/production machinery to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and installations.
• Install new machinery and assist in equipment upgrades.
• Monitor equipment and report issues to supervisor.
• Adhere to GMPs and Food Safety/Quality Programs.
