The role requires teamwork with Maintenance and Pack Out teams, adherence to GMP and food safety, and flexibility for varying schedules including overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery.
• Ability to perform basic math and read documentation with accuracy.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated packaging machines on assigned shift.
• Perform machine changeovers and monitor product weights.
• Complete run time, efficiency, and cases produced documentation.
• Report equipment issues and assist with maintenance as needed.
