Job summary

Fortress Nutrition, LLC is seeking reliable Packaging Line Operators for the Dry Powder Operations team. You will operate packaging equipment, perform real-time quality checks, and work with the production team to meet customer specifications.

The role features a consistent 2nd shift schedule (Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM) with overtime and weekend work as needed. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in food manufacturing with GMPs and sanitation understanding.
• Ability to perform basic shop math.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain packaging equipment and related machinery.
• Perform consistent, accurate quality checks and document results in real time.
• Monitor equipment and product flow, address faults promptly.
• Follow GMPs, safety procedures, and sanitation standards.
