• Investigate downtime and coordinate line changes for efficiency.
• Provide training to line personnel and lead changeovers.
• Document issues and coordinate with maintenance.
• Perform line maintenance and assist in repairs as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation and records for the work center.
• Uphold OSHA safety regulations and housekeeping standards.
