Bonney Staffing is hiring for an Outbound Associate in Dover, NH. This on-site 2nd shift role focuses on processing and managing materials in the warehouse, including inbound/outbound shipments, labeling, and pallet organization.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with warehousing systems, and the ability to operate forklifts or pallet jacks. Overtime, weekends, and safety are emphasized.

Mansioni

Exciting 2nd Shift Warehouse OBA Opportunity - Urgently hiring in Dover! Job Title: Outbound Associate Pay: $18 + 10% Shift Differential = $19.80/hr Hours: M-F 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM (seasonal OT until 1:30am and weekends as needed) Start Date: ASAP Looking for a rewarding career in a team-oriented environment? As an Outbound Associate (OBA), you will be responsible for processing materials (packaging and raw materials) within the Warehouse and managing them in the Warehouse Management System, both for inbound and outbound shipments. You will prepare items for shipment, verify incoming shipments, and safely operate powered industrial trucks to move items within the Warehouse. This is a full-time opportunity.

What You'll Do As an Outbound Associate, you will:

• Support receiving by labeling incoming inventory.
• Physically receive and store inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Restack and re-label imperfect inventory.
• Assist in loading finished goods for delivery.
• Organize pallets and barrels on the loading dock.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area throughout and at the end of the shift.
• Follow all company policies and procedures for safety, quality, and sanitation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• High comfort level with electronic systems used in warehouses, including RF guns and warehouse management systems (PC-based).
• Competency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to use powered industrial trucks (electrical and manual pallet jacks and forklifts); experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for several hours.
