Job summary

Weee! is seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to own 2nd shift Outbound Warehouse Operations (Dry and Fresh/Frozen) at our Hodgkin's fulfillment center.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this role directly manages a team driving daily throughput against targets while building a stronger frontline leadership bench. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency, raise the floor of frontline leadership, and ensure a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years warehouse/fulfillment operations.
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience.
• WMS experience including KPI/productivity tracking.
• Proficient with Excel and reporting tools.
• Able to work 2nd shift consistently.

Responsibilities

• Own 2nd shift outbound execution end-to-end, focusing on Dry and Fresh/Frozen.
• Maintain outbound operations by coordinating policies and procedures.
• Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
• Lead frontline teams in a high-volume fulfillment environment.
• Adhere to warehousing and shipping regulations; advise management on actions.
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents with security procedures.
• Plan layouts, inspect equipment, and initiate repairs or replacements.
• Contribute to annual budgeting and monitor expenditures.
• Schedule and assign employees to meet warehouse requirements.
• Support the team and deliver related results as needed.
