Job summary

Weee! Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to own 2nd shift outbound warehouse operations (Dry and Fresh/Frozen) at our Hodgkin's fulfillment center in Hodgkins, IL.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will drive throughput, build frontline leadership, and ensure a safe, efficient operation. The role requires managing a team, coaching frontline staff, and meeting daily targets while adhering to policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (required).
• 5+ years in warehouse/fulfillment operations.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/management role.
• WMS experience with KPI tracking.
• Proficient Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own 2nd shift outbound end-to-end operations (Dry and Fresh/Frozen).
• Manage outbound distribution policies and procedures.
• Evaluate metrics to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Lead frontline teams in a high-volume environment.
