Job summary

Dietz & Watson is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the second shift to lead a team of warehouse associates and leads, ensuring safety and operational excellence. You will report to the Operations Manager and focus on data-driven decisions, scheduling, and cross-functional communication to meet site goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in fulfillment/distribution with at least 2 years in a leadership role, strong KPI ownership, and hands-on coaching abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years fulfillment/distribution experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role supervising diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of meeting KPIs and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Warehouse Associates/Leads to drive efficiency and process improvement.
• Effectively schedule shifts and allocate labor to meet volume and operation hours.
• Oversee accuracy of reports, scheduling, and cross-functional communication.
• Use data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
• Maintain safety standards in cooler/freezer environments and ensure compliance.
