Job summary

Winona Foods is seeking an Order Selector to join our 2nd shift in the warehouse at Green Bay, WI. The role involves building pallets for customer orders, data entry of picked orders, staging for shipping, and maintaining accuracy and safety in a refrigerated environment.

You will work under the Inventory Supervisor and contribute to efficiency targets while following GMP guidelines. A high school diploma and forklift experience are preferred, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience.
• Ability to use computer systems.
• Ability to work in a cooler environment (38–40 F).

Responsibilities

• Build pallets of cased product.
• Complete data entry of picked orders.
• Stage completed orders for shipping.
• Meet efficiency goals as defined by the company.
• Communicate inventory issues with Inventory Cycle Counter.
• Work safely.
• Comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
• All other duties as assigned.

Summary:

Under the direction of Inventory Supervisor, the Order Selector is responsible for building pallets of products for customer orders.

Job Duties:

The list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

1. Build pallets of cased product
2. Complete data entry of picked orders
3. Stage completed orders for shipping
4. Complete accurate paperwork
5. Meet efficiency goals as defined by the company
6. Communicate any inventory issues with Inventory Cycle Counter
7. Work safely
8. Comply with our company GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
9. All other duties as assigned

• Ability to work in a cooler environment (temperatures are usually around 38-40 F)
