Job summary

Ferguson is seeking 2nd shift Order Selectors for our Fort Payne, AL distribution center. The role targets individuals with warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience who value safe, accurate, and dependable work.

This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and a schedule of 3-10 hour shifts. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour with opportunities for PIT certification training and eligibility for a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping or receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to work overtime and meet business demands.
• Regular attendance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment per OSHA and Ferguson procedures.
• Ensure inbound shipments are received and logged correctly.
• Sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
• Use RF scanners, voice systems, and labor management systems for daily tasks.
• Build and wrap pallets, maintain inventory accuracy and safety.
