Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in business, operations, or manufacturing, preferably in medical device or highly regulated industry.
• Experience in GMP and quality system compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Drive Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage capacity planning, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and traceability of components and finished goods.
• Develop and manage team performance including coaching and recruiting.
• Support budgeting, new product introductions, and operational readiness.
