Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Irvine, California is seeking an Operations Supervisor, Manufacturing (2nd Shift) to lead daily manufacturing operations for the PV business. This onsite leadership role focuses on safety, quality, and productivity in a regulated environment.

You will manage a team, drive Lean improvements, support capacity planning and new product introductions, and collaborate with Planning and cross-functional partners to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline.
• 4+ years' experience in business, operations, or manufacturing, preferably in medical device or regulated industry.
• 3+ years' experience in a supervisory role.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems such as NetSuite, SAP, MES.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations on the 2nd shift, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Lead and develop a team of manufacturing associates and manage performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Kaizen methodologies to optimize capacity and reduce waste.
• Coordinate capacity planning, inventory control, and cross-functional collaboration to meet production schedules.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance efforts and participate in budgeting activities.
