Job summary

Stryker Group in Irvine, CA is hiring an Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead PV manufacturing operations onsite. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while mentoring a team of manufacturing associates and partnering with cross-functional teams to meet objectives.

Experience in regulated medical device environments and Lean/Six Sigma expertise are preferred, with hands-on involvement in capacity planning, NPI readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related discipline.
• 4+ years' experience in business, operations, or manufacturing, preferably in medical device or other highly regulated industry.
• Lean/Six Sigma methodologies applied to manufacturing and process improvement.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as NetSuite, SAP, and MES.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
• Lead and develop a high-performing manufacturing team on 2nd shift.
• Drive Lean, Kaizen and continuous improvement to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to meet schedules, budgets and quality standards.
• Support audits, CAPA, and process improvements across the PV operations.
