Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in San Diego, CA is seeking a Sr Supervisor, Operations Management (2nd Shift) to lead the 2nd shift on the production floor, directing assembly and test activities to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals.

You will manage a small, growing team, coordinate cross-functional production plans, ensure adherence to AS9100 and J-STD-001 standards, and oversee budgets and labor while maintaining compliance with all regulations. Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of related experience.
• Secret clearance is required at hire.
• Experience supervising production floor in electronics/manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate 2nd shift operations team members.
• Facilitate production meetings and status reporting.
• Execute production plans and work cross-functionally with all departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee assembly and test activities for high‑reliability electronics.
• Manage budgets, capital expenditures, and labor.
