Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn SAP and become proficient in its use.

Responsibilities

• Direct plant operations including production equipment, shipping, receiving and inventory.
• Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports; supervise team performance.
• Address and resolve safety issues; enforce safe work practices and ISO 9000 standards.
• Review and follow company policies, goals and objectives; support continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with other departments and locations to ensure smooth operations.
