Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Santa Fe Springs, CA for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM). The role oversees 20+ warehouse staff, plans inbound/outbound schedules, assigns tasks, and ensures safe, efficient operations.

You will manage payroll and drive inventory accuracy, while maintaining strong safety practices and teamwork. The position requires a high school diploma or GED with prior supervisory warehouse experience; it offers competitive pay and benefits in a dynamic logistics

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of 20+ warehouse employees on 2nd shift.
• Plan inbound/outbound schedules to meet customer metrics and staffing needs.
• Assign duties based on workload and shipping schedules.
• Ensure procedures are followed and communicated across the team.
• Monitor productivity and inventory accuracy with control measures.
• Oversee payroll processing for the department and related reports.
• Provide guidance on handling, storing, and shipping stock safely.
