Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operations management experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience and 2–3 years of management experience, OR a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with at least 2 years of applicable experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and service delivery for client accounts.
• Manage, coach, and support supervisors and field staff.
• Develop staffing plans and coordinate employee assignments and schedules.
• Maintain strong client relationships and respond promptly to questions or concerns.
• Monitor service quality and ensure standards and client expectations are met.
• Manage projects from planning through completion and resolve operational issues.
