Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Operations Manager to lead daily activities, manage staff, and ensure safe, efficient performance across all areas of the facility. You will coordinate with Sales, Inventory Control, and support teams, implement improvements, and monitor KPIs to meet customer service standards while aligning with Lineage's safety culture.

Experience with WMS and strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt to temperature-controlled

Qualifications

• 5 years of warehouse operations or direct warehouse management experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong leadership, team development and customer service focus.
• Effective written and verbal communication; presentation of information to stakeholders.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office).
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and work in variable temperatures (cold storage or dry storage).
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and assign duties to direct reports to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Improve operational procedures for shipments, dispositioning merchandise, and inventory control.
• Plan long-range labor needs based on forecasts.
• Partner with Sales, Inventory Control, and Ops support to ensure product availability.
• Monitor KPIs related to cost, productivity, customer service, and profits.
• Maintain safety culture and comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Analyze operational reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and other departments as needed.

Manage the warehouse's operational activities including budgeting, labor scheduling, space and equipment, safety and security, housekeeping, and sanitation.
