DHL Supply Chain is hiring an Operations Manager II for a second-shift role (Monday–Friday, 4:30 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.) in Bowling Green, KY. You will lead a Supervisors team, optimize workflows, and ensure safety and efficiency across warehouse operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 1+ years in logistics and 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role. P&L, goal setting, and project management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, required.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports by coaching, guidance, and support as needed, while also developing a strong team culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plan, standardize processes, and introduce best practices to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Take proactive measures to consistently uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness.
• Compile comprehensive reports on KPIs, including productivity and accuracy metrics, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork.
• Partner with Human Resources and site leadership to ensure a comprehensive hiring process of Supervisors and top talent alignment.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and exceed expectations.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and drive exceptional customer satisfaction.
