Job summary

Harrison, Walker & Harper in Maxton, NC is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift to oversee packaging and warehousing operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and customer service on the shift.

You will lead shift personnel, coordinate packaging and warehousing activities, monitor labor and line efficiency, and uphold inventory integrity to deliver reliable service to our customers.

Qualifications

• Management experience to lead production, warehouses and support staff.
• Focus on safety, quality, productivity and customer service.
• Experience overseeing packaging and warehousing operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily packaging and warehousing operations during the 2nd shift to meet production schedules.
• Ensure efficient, safe, and compliant execution of packaging and warehousing functions.
• Monitor labor and line efficiency, downtime, and productivity across the shift.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate collaboration between packaging and warehousing.
• Foster seamless, single-service delivery for the customer through cross-functional teamwork.
