Job summary

Harrison, Walker & Harper is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Maxton, NC facility on the 2nd shift. This role leads packaging and warehousing activities, ensuring safety, quality and on-time fulfillment while coordinating with production teams.

You will supervise shift personnel, monitor productivity, maintain inventory accuracy and drive customer service standards. Full-time position with competitive hourly pay and benefits including PTO and 401(k) with company match.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily packaging and warehousing operations during the assigned shift.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity and customer service expectations are met.
• Provide direct leadership to production, warehouses, and support personnel.
• Maintain operational efficiency and compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
• Monitor labor efficiency, line efficiency, downtime, utilization and productivity throughout the shift.
