Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1+ years in industrial mechanical maintenance or food manufacturing, or 4 years directly in the field.
• Vocational/technical diploma or associate degree preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and read/write work orders and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders, use SAP to create work orders, respond to emergencies.
• Inspect, disassemble, repair, and test mechanical equipment, replace faulty parts, and fabricate replacements as needed.
• Install and maintain mechanical and electrical systems, including pumps, packaging, and slicing equipment.
• Follow safety protocols, GMPs, and lockout/tagout; maintain documentation and drive preventive maintenance.
