Job summary

Kraft Heinz Cedar Rapids is hiring an OnPack Operator for the 2nd shift (2:30pm-11:00pm). You will ensure machines are properly set up, operate on-pack equipment, and maintain product quality and safety standards in a fast-paced, non-union plant with multiple production lines.

Responsibilities include machine assembly, X-Ray checks, sanitation, documentation, and adherence to all food safety policies. Prior experience with food manufacturing is a plus; safety and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate Onpack machines and set up for product varieties.
• Assemble on-pack machines and perform X-Rays as required.
• Sanitize conveyer buckets and hook up pipes to kettles.
• Document times, temps, weights and product codes.
• Monitor temperature and ensure accurate documentation in IQS Challenge detector and X-Ray systems.
• Change film and perform other duties as assigned.
