Job summary

Lutheran Services Carolinas’ Trinity Place in Albemarle, NC is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the 2nd shift (3pm–11pm). Join a caring senior living team focused on quality care and resident well-being.

You will administer medications, document treatments, monitor residents, and support nursing staff under the Director of Nursing. Requires NC LPN license; CPR (or willingness). Benefit incentives and daily pay options available.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
• Current North Carolina LPN license.
• CPR certification, or willingness to complete it.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience as an LPN.

Responsibilities

• Administering and documenting medication and treatments accurately.
• Maintaining the security of drug rooms and ensuring proper storage.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions.
• Carrying out various nursing procedures, including catheter care and dressing changes.
• Supervising the nursing team and fostering a supportive environment.
