Job summary

Figeac Aero North America is hiring an NDT Inspector for our Wichita, KS location. This full-time role operates on the 2:00pm–10:00pm shift, performing Liquid Penetrant Testing on aerospace parts and interpreting results. Candidates must hold Level II certification and have substantial LP testing experience.

The job requires reading blueprints, operating NDT equipment, and maintaining audit-ready documents while participating in on-the-job training and cross-department support as needed.

Qualifications

• Certified Level II in Liquid Penetrant Testing with documented hours.
• Minimum 32 hours classroom training and 400 hours experience.
• Able to read and interpret blueprint and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Review routers, procedures, drawings and instructions for completeness.
• Process parts per procedures to evaluate machining or casting discontinuities.
• Set up, calibrate and perform process control checks on NDT equipment.
• Interpret, evaluate and report evaluation results.
• Maintain logs and data sheets; keep area audit-ready.
