Job summary

Shannon Packaging, Co. is seeking a second shift multiskilled maintenance technician to keep pouch making and slithers machines running.

You will perform mechanical, electrical, and facility repairs, with hands-on fabrication as needed, and you must have your own tools. Responsibilities include a fixed 2pm–10pm schedule with possible overtime and some Saturdays, troubleshooting and repairing equipment and buildings, completing work orders promptly, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of previous experience in maintenance or other related fields.
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
• Ability to handle physical workload.

Responsibilities

• Fixed schedule is 2pm to 10pm with possible overtime and some Saturdays.
• Troubleshoot and Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings.
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion assigned by supervisor.
• Troubleshoot and repair various machines tooling and pneumatics.
