Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance team member to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair automated machine tools and support equipment such as Turret Punches, Lasers, and Air compressors.

The role includes performing preventive maintenance and responding to repair requests. You will work both independently and as part of a team, performing facility maintenance and upgrades to electrical and plumbing systems while applying strong safety practices.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, engineering documents, and electrical schematics.
• Experienced in using a wide range of hand and power tools.
• Robust problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair automated machine tools and support equipment including Turret Punches, Lasers, Press Brakes and Air compressors.
