Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years molding technician experience.
• 2+ years quality/troubleshooting in molding.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and electronics.
• Forklift certification preferred (Milwaukee will train).

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor molding machines per instructions.
• Perform setup, changeovers, and process adjustments.
• Document cycle times and part quality data.
• Maintain safe, clean work area per 6S standards.
• Identify and report quality issues or machine faults.
• Support process improvements and material changes as directed.
