Job summary

Amcor is hiring for a 2nd shift position in Lawrence, KS. You will inspect and package plastic products, operate equipment efficiently, and maintain production flow while following safety, GMP and HACCP practices.

Starting pay is $18.87 per hour with a $0.75 shift differential, and you will complete required paperwork and keep a clean, safe work area. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to stand for long periods, and lifting up to 35 lbs.

  • Ability to calculate parts requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to stand/walk for multiple consecutive hours.
  • Minimal lifting capabilities of 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and package plastic products of good quality.
  • Operate equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Safely utilize basic tools before placing boxes on a pallet.

  • Monitor quality and ensure accuracy of production runs.
