OMNI Technologies, Inc. in Indiana is seeking a 2nd shift Molder to mold plastic parts from raw urethane. Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 3pm–1am, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED.
• Working with hand tools.
• Mathematical ability.
• Manual dexterity.
• Attention to detail.
• Organization skills.
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to read blueprints a plus!

Responsibilities

• Read and understand work orders
• Break down material formulas using mathematical equations
• Learn about and apply knowledge of different urethanes, curatives, and their associated processing parameters
• Promote a culture of teamwork
• Cooperate with team members to troubleshoot quality issues
• Maintain equipment
• Keep work area clean and orderly
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor
