Job summary

NEXXTA is a U.S.-based manufacturer seeking a Process Technician for the 2nd shift to support molding operations, setup, and troubleshooting across presses and secondary equipment. The role emphasizes quality inspection, safety, and teamwork on a dynamic production floor.

The candidate should have a High School diploma or equivalent, 3–4 years of related experience, and RJG Systematic I certification or similar. Knowledge of Engel equipment is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of RJG Systematic I Scientific Molding certification or equivalent.
• Three to four years of related work experience.
• Must be able to work and function in a team environment.
• Requires knowledge of mechanical reasoning related to understanding equipment, machinery and their primary functions.
• Knowledge of Engel equipment and processing of automotive trim parts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and troubleshoot presses using established process control methods.
• Set up molds and related fixtures including complex molds.
• Troubleshoot secondary equipment and perform basic robotic adjustments.
• Assist supervisor in training new personnel on procedures and safety.
• Maintain quality by interpreting blueprints and SPC data as required.
• Promote 5S housekeeping and safety in the work area.
