The Wenger Group, a leading Northeast family-owned food and agricultural services organization based in Pennsylvania, is hiring a Mill Technician I. You will perform grain testing, manual ingredient additions, and assist with inventory and equipment operation in a safe, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• FSMA and SQF food safety standards knowledge.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• Positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Milling operations and grain testing.
• Perform hand-adds (manual addition of feed ingredients).
• Maintain inventory and documentation; operate related equipment.
• Clean and perform routine housekeeping of the mill.
• Understand general mechanical duties and basic maintenance.
