Job summary

PDS Tech, Inc. in Georgia is seeking a 2nd Shift MIG Production Welder to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. The role focuses on welding thin-gauge sheet metal, reading blueprints, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

This position offers a Monday-Friday schedule (3:00pm-11:30pm), competitive pay at $22.00 per hour, and benefits including medical, dental, and 401K. Candidates will complete a hands-on weld test during interviews.

Qualifications

• Strong MIG welding experience in production/manufacturing.
• Experience welding thin-gauge metal (20 gauge to 12 gauge).
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Welding on thin-gauge sheet metal per blueprints and specs.
• Produce quality welds while maintaining safety standards.
• Demonstrate welding ability through a hands-on weld test during the interview process.
