The position starts on the training shift at $19/hour, with progression to $21/hour on the permanent second shift. Occasional short weekend visits may be required to check incubated samples.

Qualifications

• Some biology exposure (college course or lab experience) is preferred.
• Detail oriented and highly organized are essential.
• Experience in a regulated lab or healthcare setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect environmental samples from production rooms to test for microbial growth.
• Incubate and monitor samples using lab equipment.
• Identify microbial growths using basic tools and document findings.
• Circle and document unique growths, pack samples, and send to a third‑party lab.
• Track and manage paperwork through the full testing process.
• Unbox received materials and complete basic documentation.
• Apply approval stickers and store materials properly.
• Operate label printing software (training provided).
• Ensure labels are accurate (dosage and product information).
• Monitor and track printed labels and storage.
