L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty in Somerset, NJ is hiring a MFG Processor for the 2nd shift (1:45 PM–9:55 PM). The role focuses on weighing raw materials per formula, managing inventory with FEFO, and ensuring quality within GMP standards.

You will operate diverse process equipment, perform in-process quality checks, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to safety policies. A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years manufacturing, processing and mixing experience.
• Able to read scales in metric format and use metric system.
• Color matching skills preferred.
• Must certify to wear respirators and complete forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Weigh raw materials according to formula sheets accurately and safely.
• Operate manual and automatic process equipment (mixers, grinders, filters, dryers, pumps, filling machines).
• Perform quality control analyses and handle in-process batches.
• Maintain GMP/SOP housekeeping and safety standards.
• Report KPIs and equipment performance using ISIS/Flexnet.
• Pre-weigh materials, label, and store for production; clean and sanitize equipment as required.
