Job summary

Loreal in Somerset, NJ (3rd Shift) seeks a Manufacturing Processor to weigh raw materials, manage inventory using FEFO, and operate chemical process equipment safely. This role requires reading metric scales, color matching, and certification to wear respirators with forklift training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years manufacturing, processing and mixing experience
• Able to read and understand scales calibrated in metric format
• Able to use the metric system in all aspects of this position
• Color matching skills preferred
• Certify to wear respirators and complete forklift certification
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Responsibilities

• Weigh raw materials according to formula sheets to manufacture bulk used to produce finished product
• Procure materials and manage inventory using FEFO
• Operate automatic and manual chemical process equipment safely
• Perform quality control analyses on in-process batches
• Adhere to GMPs/SOPs and site safety policies
• Utilize ISIS and FlexNet to report KPIs and equipment performance
• Handle daily processing tasks including pre-weighing and sanitization
