L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty in Somerset, NJ is seeking a MFG Processor for the 3rd shift to weigh ingredients and prepare bulk for finished products. You will interpret metric scales, manage materials with FEFO, and operate process equipment safely to maintain quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–2 years manufacturing, processing and mixing experience.
• Read and understand scales calibrated in metric format and use the metric system.
• Color matching skills preferred.
• Certify to wear respirators.
• Complete forklift certification.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis (no sponsorship).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilités

• Weigh raw materials according to formula sheets to manufacture bulk for finished products.
• Procure materials and manage inventory using FEFO.
• Operate automatic and manual process equipment safely and per procedures.
• Perform in-process quality checks and document results.
• Maintain GMP/SOP housekeeping and safety standards.
• Identify risks and support continuous improvement with Quality.
• Utilize ISIS/Flexnet systems to report KPIs and equipment performance.
• Handle daily processing tasks and pre-weigh materials and labels.
• Retrieve supplies from storage and prepare for production.
