Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Handler for the Pick & Pack team in Moreno Valley, CA. Responsibilities include selecting items from multi-level racks using cherry picker, counterbalance and reach truck, staging shipments, and loading/unloading with safety adherence.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recent work experience.
• 1–3 years operating order picker/cherry picker, counterbalance and reach truck.
• Reading, writing and speaking English fluently.
• Self-starter with excellent customer service.
• Ability to perform basic math and stay detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick product from multi-level racks and stage for shipment using cherry picker, counterbalance and reach truck.
• Efficiently stack, store and transport merchandise as directed.
• Load/unload shipments to/from trailers and containers safely.
• Label pallets, prepare products for shipment and staging.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean warehouse areas.
• Inspect equipment and participate in safety trainings.
