Job summary

All-Star Personnel is seeking a machine operator to operate and maintain various machines, including mechanical and CNC equipment, to established standards. You will work with a team to ensure safe, efficient production and complete required documentation.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting quality or productivity issues, participating in risk assessments and incident investigations, supporting corrective actions, adhering to ISO procedures, and training others as needed.

• Suggest improvements to processes or procedures.
• Coordinate with personnel, Team Leader and Engineering for issues and improvements.
• Actively participate in risk assessment activities for their area of responsibility.
• Actively participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis and support implemented corrective actions.
• Understand and fully utilize all ISO procedures.
• Participate in safety observation programs as required.
• Complete required documentation such as: patrols, housekeeping sheets, etc.
• Perform 6S and other housekeeping duties required for clean and safe work environment
• Train others as needed.
• Create and maintain a team effort attitude and team approach within the department and plant.

• Additional duties as assigned.
