Job summary

All-Star Personnel in Tennessee is seeking a machine operator to operate and maintain various machines to established standards. You will meet productivity targets, troubleshoot quality and productivity issues with the team, and support safety and housekeeping efforts.

You will collaborate with Team Leader and Engineering on improvements, participate in risk assessments and incident investigations, follow ISO procedures, complete required documentation, and help train others while maintaining a

• Troubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machine
• Suggest improvements to processes or procedures.
• Coordinate with personnel, Team Leader and Engineering for issues and improvements.
• Actively participate in risk assessment activities for their area of responsibility.
• Actively participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis and support implemented corrective actions.
• Understand and fully utilize all ISO procedures.
• Participate in safety observation programs as required.
• Complete required documentation such as: patrols, housekeeping sheets, etc.
• Perform 6S and other housekeeping duties required for clean and safe work environment
• Train others as needed.
• Create and maintain a team effort attitude and team approach within the department and plant.

• Additional duties as assigned.
