Job summary

Secant-Group,-LLC is seeking a Medical Component Finishing Operator I for 2nd shift in Quakertown, PA. The role involves preparing medical components for final inspection, including scouring, heat setting, laser cutting, and measuring using microscopes and other equipment.

The operator will inspect products, record results, run data collection for yield improvements, and use ERP systems to track time and quantities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of good manufacturing practices.
• Ability to read and interpret documents (WI, SOPs).
• Strong math aptitude and precision.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and measures product per Work Instructions to record fabric characterization.
• Inspects product for defects and contamination per WI and specs.
• Records test results manually or electronically.
• Collects data to identify trends for process improvement.
• Enters information and uses ERP system to report quantities and time spent.
