Job summary

Koch Companies is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support production equipment on the 2nd shift, with strong mechanical aptitude and electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience.

You will perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, assist with line setups and changeovers, and partner with operators, supervisors and process engineering to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical production equipment.
• Set up machines, perform changeovers, adjustments and startup verification.
• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Read mechanical drawings, blueprints and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment.
• Support production by performing machine setups, changeovers, adjustments, and start-up verification.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime, reliability, and safety.
• Diagnose equipment issues using mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, manuals, and machine documentation.
• Install, replace, adjust, and maintain machine components including bearings, gearboxes, motors, sensors, cylinders, tooling, fixtures, and related equipment.
