Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in automotive, diesel, or heavy equipment mechanics.
• Experience reading blueprints to assemble and troubleshoot.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Proficient use of computer systems to document or retrieve information.
• Ability to work safely in an industrial environment and pass a physical per DOL requirements (drug testing).

Responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic equipment and install mechanical components, test equipment before shipment.
• Read from engineering prints, routings, and procedures with minimum supervision.
• Ensure quality and safety of own work; use protective equipment.
• Assist Electrical Assembler with harnesses and power cables under supervision (no final connections).
• Disassemble and load equipment for shipment; build boxes, crates and ladders.
• Operate equipment and perform inspections with documentation.
