Job summary

Ujz-Foods in Tampa, FL is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Employee to join our meat processing and distribution team. This full-time role runs 3pm to 11pm and requires the ability to lift heavy boxes in a refrigerated environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include unpacking and packaging meat, order fulfillment, inventory handling, sanitation, and operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of food industrial/warehousing experience preferred.
• Experience in food production or related environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unpack bulk meat, de-box shipments, load sealers, and wrap, weigh, and label cuts.
• Inspect and assemble various cuts of meat according to orders.
• Use pallet jacks, lift heavy boxes up to 50–90 lbs, and rotate stock.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, tables, and floors per sanitation guidelines.
• Stand/walk 6–8 hours, perform heavy lifting in cold environments.
• Learn ERP and inventory systems to track products.
• Operate forklift and other machinery as required.
