• Experience or training in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate production operations, including scheduling, training and productivity.
• Ensure quality, safety compliance (HACCP, USDA) and equipment effectiveness.
• Lead and supervise personnel, assign work efficiently and communicate across departments.
• Meet efficiency goals related to yields, labor costs and waste.
