Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Materials Team Leader to coordinate activities across receiving, warehousing, shipping, and inventory control. You will lead MDI teams, create and maintain standard work, and help resolve shortages and flow issues.

Qualifications

• Experience leading materials teams coordinating receiving, warehousing, shipping and inventory control.
• Ability to influence and coach others.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to operate powered industrial vehicles.
• Safety-focused with adherence to EHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of employees and adherence to EHS requirements.
• Lead MDI and related materials activities and meetings.
• Leading and training employees, providing feedback and coaching.
• Ensuring material availability and accurate inventories.
• Ensures all transactions and logs are executed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Ensures necessary documents are maintained and filed in accordance with compliance and retention policies.
